| Personnel are considered the key resource of Gulf Cobla. Therefore special and substantial attention is given to subjects as safety and quality training and awareness. Based on the yearly employee evaluation, the training requirement schedule for individual employees is reviewed. Senior management is based in Dubai and comprises a well-established team of professionals all having considerable experience with international dredging and other marine operations. Several senior personnel have been with Gulf Cobla since inception in 1977.
